Property Policy
• 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required. • Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back. • Every additional guest will be charged Rs.1500/- • In Property 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room are available. • Guests must keep noise at low during their booking time. • Every guest must carry a Govt approved ID proof. • No or partial refund for Cancellation/Postponement once the booking is done. • On public holidays/ Special occasions, rates may differ. • Any additional people like Cooks/Musicians/Event personal Caterers etc if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking. • Any Illegal, Prohibited or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.
